Ocean Blues

Summer is almost gone and school is starting soon, which means life will be in full gear and I will be busy busy busy again. I have a huge ball of light blue yarn that needs something made out of it... thinking a shawl or some hats.
Which reminds me to find some more yarn for fall colors. LOL
I did just complete one popcorn and DC stitch beret that I thought turned out well.
Inspired by my trip to R.I. this summer, my latest creation is Ocean Blues...

I didn't use a pattern for this one, just went with what I thought would look the best .
Basically it is an alternate striping pattern of 2 rows of DC and one row of popcorn stitch and is about 22" at its largest then decreases for about an inch for the brim .
I used K hook and 100% acryllic yarn.
