Here are some of the newborn hats I have been making for GoodGoes. The Save the Children campaign where they send out newborn survival kits. Each cap can help save a life.
Babies especially preemies need hats to keep their heads warm in the crucial hours after birth and even weeks after to help them grow and develop.
I joined the group on Ravelry where many are contributing and encouraging the ladies at my local knit/crochet group to do the same. This in my opinion is a great cause and I hope the little bit I contribute will mean a lot to someone.
